It’s Challenge time‼️
Join me this month for our STEPtember challenge🏃♀️
Have you heard the saying “sitting is the new smoking”? Many of us have jobs that keep you behind a desk, computer and sedentary for most of the day. This is not good… Moving your body often throughout the day will help build strength, cardiovascular health and balance.
Let’s take this month to increase our daily steps and be more active throughout the day
💥Rules:
✔️ Complete 300,000 steps for the month of September. You can break up your daily steps however you want. I typically tell my clients to aim for at least 10,000 steps a day but there’s this thing called life. You could have a day where your sick or traveling and you might not be able to get in as many steps that day. That’s ok, as you have the next day and all month to make up those steps👍🏻
✔️Keep track of your daily steps on this log. If you Complete 300,000 steps by the end of the month take a picture of your completed log and tag me on Instagram or Facebook. I will put your name in a drawing for 1 FREE month of unlimited classes🙌
✔️Adjust to your level of fitness. If 300,000 steps for the month is to much, aim for 200,000 steps for the month. If you hit that goal before the month is over then make a new goal by shooting for 250,000 steps. Or if 300,000 steps is easy peasy for you then set your goal higher🤗 This is all about challenging yourself to be more active than you normally are.
You can complete your steps by 🚶🏻🏃♀️🚴🏻🚣🏊🏻♂️🏌🏻♀️🛼⚽️🎾. Choose any activity that you enjoy doing and get moving👊🏻
