This year’s theme, Champion Your Health, is about taking an active role in your well-being. Making choices that support independence, staying engaged, and continuing to live life on your terms.

It doesn’t have to be complicated. Small, consistent habits, everyday routines, and the right support can make a meaningful difference in maintaining health and quality of life.

We had the opportunity to welcome Jay from Rocky Mountain Health Care Services to our Bismarck Day Center!

He spent time with our leadership team and toured the center, sharing ideas and learning more about how we operate. Opportunities like this are a valuable way to collaborate, strengthen our programs, and continue improving the way we support those we serve.

Earlier this month, we welcomed North Dakota Congresswoman Julie Fedorchak to our Day Center.

She spent time meeting with our leadership team and joined participants for lunch, getting a firsthand look at a typical day at Northland PACE.

It was great to see her connect with our participants and experience the environment that makes PACE so unique. We’re grateful for the opportunity to share the importance of PACE, continue shaping the model of care, and advocate for the individuals we serve 🏡
