At Northland PACE, we’re proud to be part of a nationwide program that helps more than 85,000 older adults remain independent, healthy, and connected in the place they call home.

This year’s theme — “Your Health. Your Journey. Our Support.” — reflects what we do every day: walk alongside our participants with care, dignity, and compassion. From personalized healthcare and therapy to meals, activities, and transportation, PACE is more than a program — it’s a community. 💛

This week’s focus: Care Management in PACE. 🧩
From clarifying diagnoses in participant-friendly language 🗣️ to setting meaningful health goals 🎯 and coordinating resources 🔗 it’s all about making sure each participant’s care plan reflects what matters most to them.

Our Minot crew hit the lanes last Friday and brought the energy with every roll! From strikes to spares (and yes, even the occasional gutter ball 😉), it was all about having fun and keeping the good times rolling. 💛

What’s happening this week at the Bismarck Day Center?

There’s always something to look forward to at PACE! Here’s a peek at this week’s fun, food, and connection:

🍕 Tuesday – Pizza & onion rings for lunch, plus our Reminisce Group to share stories and laughter.
🧘 Wednesday – Join our OT for a Stress Management group and some friendly competition with Wheel of Fortune.
🌭 Thursday – Brats & potato salad for lunch, Balloon Hockey in the morning, and Bingo in the afternoon.
🍽️ Friday – Hot Seat Guessing Game—can you guess who’s in the spotlight?—and a delicious Chicken Cordon Bleu lunch.

Here’s to a week full of good company, great food, and activities that keep us smiling. 💛
