As a Nutrition Response Testing Practitioner and Certified Wellness Coach I focus on whole body wellness. I have been passionately curious about the body’s amazing ability to heal itself for the past thirty years. As a mom of four children and two granddaughters I understand the challenge of wanting to help my family stay well and empower them to create a lifestyle that will serve them healthfully for the rest of their lives.

My greater health challenges of depression, anxiety, extreme fatigue, an eating disorder, memory loss, hormonal imbalance, and PTSD gave me the desperation to find a natural solution to give me my life back. I found that with Nutrition Response Testing.

I am now privileged to work with this unique system of testing that allows me to address the underlying causes of ill-health with whole food nutrition and whole food supplements. My custom designed nutrition laser focuses on each individual's exact needs and stressors and I create a custom program to meet YOUR body’s needs and give it the best environment to heal.
