A mom in our community reached out about her newborn son. He was dealing with significant allergic dermatitis and she wasn't sure where to turn.

As compounding pharmacists, one of the most valuable tools we have is our network of other pharmacists, physicians, and researchers. We connected with a colleague who specializes in dermatology compounding, and together working with the patient's pediatrician we identified a specialized compound to help reduce his body's hyperactive response to allergens.

The final "biggest loser" prize of our pharmacy-sponsored NCAA Tournament game goes to Terri, and she earned it!

Terri's envelope was stacked with the first teams eliminated from every bracket position, which officially makes her the queen of early exits. Around here, that still comes with a prize and considerable bragging rights until next year's tournament. Congratulations Terri!
