"Profile works! 50+ pounds and counting in 5 months! The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable - Emily is fabulous! She balances holding you accountable while managing to give you grace if you slip up, points out non scale victories when the scale isn’t always moving in the downward direction, is super friendly and easy to talk to, works around my busy schedule and has made this weight loss journey that much better! The plan is super easy to follow and the food is great! The bars are my favorite part of my day, feels like you’re “cheating” and enjoying a treat! The shakes are the best I’ve had, great texture (not gritty), delicious flavor and there’s a great variety! If you’re on the fence, Profile Bismarck is a great choice! Take the first step and do something for yourself and you’ll be so proud you did!"
