A few openings for fall piano lessons.
Regular lessons will begin in the second week of September, and trial lessons are available during the first week of September.
Please contact me via message if you are interested. Lessons take place at my home. I’ll share the exact address once we set up an appointment. The studio is very close to the Bismarck City Hall building.

Rhythm circle 12:15 Thursday at Morton Mandan Public Library . We will be tapping, clapping, stomping. We will make our own rhythms.

Sharing some questions that you can have conversation with your kids or yourself while listening music.

-What does this music sound like to you?
-What images or scenes come to your mind while listening?
-If this music were a color, what would it be?
-What kind of weather matches this music?
-When would be the perfect time or setting to hear this?
-Who would you want to share this music with, and why?
-If there are lyrics, is there a line or word that stood out?
-What instrument or sound stood out the most to you?
-If you could change one thing about the music, what would it be?

Having a meaningful conversation with kids not always easy -especially when they get older. Music can be a great way to connect with them and catch a glimpse of their thoughts. Not only that, but it can also help nurture your child's or your own musicality. :)
