The Ideal Protein protocol is a 3-Phase approach to losing weight and learning how to keep it off. Phase 1: Weight Loss
Phase 1 is designed to optimize fat loss through nutritional ketosis (a safe and natural state in which the body mobilizes stored fat as its alternative energy source). Lean body mass is preserved through an adequate daily intake of high biological protein. Essential nutrients are provided through daily supplements, water and low-glycemic vegetables. Follow until your weight loss is achieved: 3 Ideal Protein foods per day, plenty of vegetables, whole proteins like chicken, beef, fish. Phase 2: Stabilization
Following weight loss, the body fight to regain lost weight by increasing hunger and cravings, and by burning fewer calories. The purpose of stabilization is to adjust macronutrient intake (protein/fat/carbs) in the right proportions to effectively manage hunger, promote greater satiety and maintain weight loss. Weekly follow-up session are designed to track weight trends and adjust macros as needed. During stabilization you'll eat up to 2 Ideal Protein foods per day, plenty of vegetables, reintroductions of complex carbs (like starchy vegetables and fruits) and healthy fats, whole proteins like chicken, beef, and fish. Phase 3: Maintenance
For the first 12 months following stabilization, you will continue to be supported by your coach and will receive ongoing education and strategies for maintaining weight loss. In addition to clinic visits, you will also have the option to stay connected to your coach and clinic through the Ideal Protein app and WiFi scale. You'll be empowered to make smarted, healthier choices in your whole new healthier life by learning:
-How to be mindful of what you eat and how much you're eating.
-How and why your body gains weight and how to avoid it.
-How to have fun wit your food by adding variety to your meals. This isn't just about losing weight. This is about tapping into your own strength, courage and optimism through personal coaching so you can hit reset and ignite a big, bright, healthy new life full of possibility. Your personal coach will motivate and hold you accountable every step of the way. Our specially trained, dedicated coached provide:
Weekly empowerment sessions, ongoing education and support
Weekly personalized weight and measurements progress and analysis and healthy strategies. At the same time, the Ideal Protein app and website arm you with daily online support and tips with unlimited access to recipes, videos and more. Ideal Weight Loss Solutions is an authorized Ideal Protein retailer clinic. If you have ever struggled to lose weight, you are not alone; more than one-third of Americans are considered to be overweight and have correlated health issues including diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol and metabolic syndrome. That’s where we come in! The Ideal Weight Loss program is only available through trained weight control professionals and our coaches are always available to stand by you through your weight loss struggles and victories! What IS the Ideal Weight Loss Protocol? The Ideal Weight Loss method is a 4-phase program that stabilizes the pancreas and blood sugar levels while burning fat and maintaining the essential muscle mass and lean tissue - in other words, it teaches your body to live off of its own fat reserves as it was designed to do! In today’s world, our heavily processed diet is loaded with saturated fats, sugars, starches, and carbohydrates such as bread, pasta, potatoes, snacks and sweets, etc; the Ideal Weight Loss Method provides the correct balance of essential nutrition to aid in stabilizing your weight and all of your body's core functions. Do I Have to Do The Program Forever? No! The program is 4 phases, and it has a beginning and an end - you set your own weight loss goal and remain on Phase 1 until that objective is reached. Health and wellness, however, IS forever. Our clients are successful long-term because of the amazing education and resources we provide throughout all 4 phases of the program and beyond. We will teach you a new way to look at the food you eat and why it is so important so you are successful in this rejuvenated body you have made for yourself. Do I Have to Do This Alone? We understand that you are probably frustrated and have tried other methods to get the weight off, and one of our coaches will be with you every step of the way to your ideal weight and overall wellness. We provide personalized one-on-one coaching sessions to provide the support you need on your way to success. Your victories are our victories! Is Weight Loss Guaranteed? Will It Come Back? Most weight loss methods fail because the rules are too lax or the method has too much or too little personal responsibility. There is so much misinformation circulating regarding a healthy diet that it is hard to know what to believe and follow! Most diets provide all of your food for you in handy pre-made portions, so the weight will come off; unfortunately there was no personal responsibility in your journey and you aren’t provided with the education and tools to maintain your weight once you are preparing food on your own. Ideal Weight Loss provides convenient pre-packaged formulated foods to remove a lot of the guesswork, as well as detailed guidelines for the food you are responsible for cooking on your own throughout your journey. As you go through the phases of the program, you are taking more and more responsibility for yourself with the tools we give you to succeed. As long as you follow the program exactly as it is designed, you will successfully lose that weight and maintain that healthy body you have worked so hard for.
