Update everyone! We're dropping you a line to acknowledge that we haven't been as involved with the group this summer as we had hoped. Last summer, we made a concerted effort to join in track runs and Thursday morning runs, and Kendra's long runs were instrumental in helping us navigate the winter months. Regrettably, injuries and family obligations have forced us to reassess our priorities. We're not abandoning ship, though - we're simply taking a short breather. Keep striving, and we'll be back in the mix! ❤️

Introducing Butts & Guts Bootcamp!

6 weeks. Tuesdays morning @ 6 am.

This is something that I have been dreaming of for months. I can't wait to help people kickstart their summer fitness goals.

No- this is not a "get fit in 6 weeks" type challenge.

This series is intended to get your body moving, rebuild some foundational movements, intentionally engage your core, and see what your body is capable of.

I'm looking for 6-8 people ready to try something new, fun, and productive!
