Have you ever experienced a Sound Bath? Our friends at Kharma Vida host monthly sound baths. This is a great opportunity to take a couple of friends, take an hour for yourselves and just melt into some time of relaxation.

We are now booking our November 20th healing sound bath session.
What is a sound bath? A sound bath is a meditative experience where soothing vibrations from crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments wash over you, guiding your mind and body into deep relaxation. As the sounds resonate, stress melts away and your energy gently realigns. It’s a tranquil journey inward—restoring harmony, balance, and peace within.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow or whatever you are comfortable with. Lay back and do nothing else except relax and release the stress. Sleep, meditate, let your thoughts wander. The time is yours.

Hard to find, but we have it! The wildly popular and delicious Bachan's Japanese Barbecue Sauce is available in a gluten free version here at Terry's Health Products.

My favorite 30 minute meal way to use it- cook thinly shaved beef, chicken, or pork, pour your desired amount over the cooked meat, cook through for a few minutes and serve over steamed buttered rice. A quick, healthy, filling and delicious meal.
