New Ideas New Life

As a former classroom teacher, I had to get creative with students and with the curriculum too. Now I take that same creativity and apply to my coaching. I love to think outside the box no matter the issue to make shift happen for clients.

It begins with taking small easy steps. Many of my clients start by just adding something different 10 minutes a day to their routine. This is that thing they have been wanting to do but say “I don’t have time for it or don’t know how to start?” The baby steps might include a 10 minute walk, journal entry, small boundary like saying no, reading a book, cleaning a drawer and/or talking more positive. Now you might be thinking. I can do that on my own. Why would I hire a coach for that? My question for you...are you doing it? Have you made the changes?

Beginning with a few simple baby steps my clients made leaps and bounds to their goals like: expanded a business, paid off debt, bettered relationships, written a book, started flying lessons, quit a soul sucking job, lessened anxiety, pursued a dream career and so much more.

Coaching is not only about the accountability but takes you out of your head and gives a new perspective to things. Together we play and create. Simple actions are taken to those dreams that you never thought possible. It is hard to do life and even harder when you are stuck on the hamster wheel. I love to assist people who are ready for bigger things and better ideas.
