Did you know the sun doesn’t just warm your skin — it speaks to your body through your eyes?

Getting sunlight, especially in the early part of the day, helps regulate your circadian rhythm, boosts mood, and supports mental well-being. But here’s the important part: when we always wear sunglasses or even regular glasses, we can block some of those important light signals from reaching the brain.

☀️ Try taking a few minutes each day outside without lenses or glasses when safe to do so. Let your eyes soak in the natural light.

The sun reminds our bodies of balance, rhythm, and connection to the natural world. Let’s embrace its gifts wisely!
