If you have called or stopped by our community, you've likely had the pleasure of chatting with our receptionist, Natalie! Natalie has been at the Village for nearly 2 years. She is currently pursuing a degree in Speech Language Pathology. When she isn't busy with school or work, she loves to be outdoors and with friends. She is a kind, calming presence. She embodies Edgewood's Core Values in the way she serves others.

In light of the recent fire at a Massachusetts assisted living community, we were interviewed to discuss how our team ensures the safety and well-being of every resident we serve.

Resident Safety is one of our top priorities at Edgewood. We have policies and procedures put in place for not only keeping our residents safe, but also keeping our staff, family members, and visitors safe.

Our hearts go out to everyone affected by the recent incident. Events like this are a solemn reminder of the responsibility we carry and the trust families place in us. 💚

Earlier this week, nine people died after a fire in a Massachusetts assisted living facility. If you have a loved one in one of those places, you might be wondering if they have plans in case of an emergency.
