Thai massage is a type of full-body massage that uses a mixture of deep tissue compression, muscle and joint stretching, and gentle adjustments of the body into yoga-like poses. It's typically performed on a floor mat with the recipient fully clothed.

Starting in July, I’ll be offering Thai massage!!
I’ll also have Thai herbal medicine balls available as an add on to any of my massages.

These herbal compresses are soaked in warm water and applied to the body. They include ginger, turmeric, camphor and tamarind. These herbs with heat aid in muscle relaxation, reduction of pain and inflammation, and improved circulation.

The Aromadome is an enclosed area for a concentrated diffusion of essential oils. I typically use it during raindrop therapy where we incorporate 9 different essential oils to balance the whole body.
