We have some exciting news! Today, was our new Exercise Physiologist, Cortnie Mongeon’s first official day! We are so excited to be able to offer you more hours and flexibility in your training and mobility as she will be in our clinic FULL TIME! She has a Masters degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Mary.

Cortnie says, “I am passionate about helping people along their journey to physical and emotional wellbeing. I am a firm believer that exercise is medicine. I take a compassionate and individualized approach to exercise ultimately promoting long-term health. I am looking forward to being part of Active Life and helping people achieve their fitness goals.”

Dr. Brenna and her husband welcomed their baby girl, Scotlyn Grace into the world last Saturday July 5th. And of course, this lucky little girl got her first chiropractic adjustment from her mama right away 🥰

It’s KFYR ND Today show day! Today we talked on live TV about common issues that we see in kids of all ages in our clinic. Some people think that chiropractic is all about neck and back pain, but it is so much more! We love to be able to educate the public about the benefits of chiropractic! We are super excited to announce that Dr. Charles Weigel, a 17+ year veteran chiropractor from Napoleon will be joining our practice on Tuesdays and Wednesdays! Charles graduated with Dr. Doug from chiro school and is one of the thousands of Dr. Sara’s distant cousins. 😊Some of you may have been adjusted by Dr. Charles in the past when he took over the clinic when our docs were on vacation. He is a great chiropractor and person, and we are grateful to welcome him!
