Here we have Cassie! She has also only been with us for a couple of months, but her personality and spunky attitude really shine through in the office! Cassie is from Corpus Christi, Texas and moved up north about a year ago. When she is not at work, you can find her exploring the area with her husband and simply finding new ways to make Bismarck feel like home!

🎉Teacher Spotlight Winner Announcement 🎉
We joined Lincoln Elementary at their school assembly to present Mrs. Cherlyn Blacksher with the Teacher Spotlight Award! Mrs. Blacksher truly shows what is is like to throw herself into her work and everything she does for her students. Her student nominations really show how much she enjoys time with students, wants them to succeed both in the classroom and with life, and is always there for them no matter what. She had many great nominations, but here are is one thing a parent had to say.

"She has helped our 2 children grow and learn at home and at school. Her patience, kindness, compassion, communication, and commitment towards our children has been so beyond helpful. She is wonderful. "

"She has done wonderful work with my son, he struggled with school when he started. She took time with him and was very patient. Because of her efforts he has blossomed."

First up is Michelle. She has only been with us a couple months, but we love having her around. She is from Beach, ND, but has lived in a couple other places including Colorado and Utah. She has 5 children and 6 grandkids who are near and dear to her heart. Outside of work she enjoys visiting her kids, hiking, biking, and growing plants.
