During the first 120 days, if your ring has a missing stone please contact me directly through email so that I can file a claim with Corporate with your warranty. If you are within the 120 days and qualify for a replacement bomb, it will be issued to you from Corporate. The same ring cannot be replaced. This warranty doesn't include lost or stolen items. Please note, our policy does not cover damages caused by accident, improper care, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of the ring metal that may occur over time by extended wear and body chemistry. AVOID THE 5 S’s while wearing your jewelry!
