Please join Live Well Hospice and our community as we honor Randy Shaddox and celebrate his remarkable career of service, leadership, and compassion.

Randy has dedicated his life to serving others—through his work with the Tulsa Police Department, his contributions across multiple hospice organizations, and his steadfast leadership within many churches. His impact has touched countless families, colleagues, and community members.

This celebration is open to everyone.
