introducing, the garden.
Over the last two year, I’ve sat with so many women carrying more than just physical symptoms. Women navigating stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, survival mode, hormonal shifts, motherhood, mental load, grief, tension, disconnection from themselves… all while continuing to show up for everyone around them.
It became evident that somewhere between living life and caring for everyone else, many of those women stopped feeling truly cared for themselves.
What began happening at luv was deeper conversation. Longer appointments. More listening. Deeper nervous system work. Space was created for women to soften, process, ask questions, feel supported, and heal in a way that felt intentional instead of rushed.
Throughout scripture, gardens are places where God meets people, restores them, and reminds them they are cared for. They are places of nourishment, pruning, rest, and fruitfulness, a place where living things are cared for intentionally.
Healing happens this way, too.
Not through force, perfection, or constant striving, but through consistent support, safety, nourishment, and space to grow slowly and deeply.
But I believe our relationship with healing is deeply untended.
The Garden was created for this purpose.
Not as a replacement for chiropractic care, but as a deeper expression of it. This is a healing membership for women rooted in nervous system support, restoration, intentional care, and tending to the body gently through every season of womanhood.
This is the direction I feel called to take LUV. It is the kind of care I want to keep creating; a space where women feel safe enough to heal deeply while still fully living the life God has called them to.
Applications for The Garden are now open through the link in bio. Because of the intentionality of this space, only a small number of women will be accepted each month. ✨
