Full-Time Receptionist

Are you someone who loves helping people feel their best? We’re looking for a warm, professional, and dependable receptionist to be the welcoming face of our medical spa.

In this role, you’ll set the tone for each client’s experience, creating a calm, friendly atmosphere from the moment they walk through our doors.

What you’ll be doing:
✨ Greeting clients and making them feel truly cared for
📅 Managing appointments and provider schedules
📞 Handling calls and answering client questions with ease
🗂 Supporting daily front desk and admin operations

We’d love to meet you if you:
✔️ Have great communication and multitasking skills
✔️ Present yourself with polish and professionalism
✔️ Enjoy working in a calm, client-focused environment
✔️ Have spa or medical office experience (a plus, not a must!)

This is a full-time position with a supportive team that values positivity, teamwork, and client care.
