Looking for a primary care physician that can actually see you when you are sick? Our Black Canyon office is open 5 days per week and we often have same-day or next-day appointments. We are located 10-15 min North of Anthem, Arizona.

Services include routine checkups, immunizations, diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses, chronic disease management, and screenings for various conditions. Our providers can also help manage behavioral health, provide nutrition education, and offer recommendations to specialists when needed. Andrew Barrios is a physician assistant dedicated to whole person care, integrating body, mind, and spirit in his practice. He believes in building strong relationships with his patients, treating them as complete individuals to foster overall well-being and trust. Outside of work, Andrew loves to travel, with Barcelona being his favorite destination, and enjoys trying new restaurants—especially sushi. An avid fitness enthusiast, he spends time at the gym and follows sports closely. Currently, he’s exploring new hobbies like golf and jiu-jitsu, always eager to expand his horizons.

Isabella Quezada, PA-C, was born and raised in Arizona. She completed her bachelor’s degree in biology from the Grand Canyon University Honors College. She continued her education at A.T. Still University and earned a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. Isabella has a passion for whole person health care and is committed to working alongside her patients to improve their health and well-being. With a focus in Family Medicine, she looks forward to providing excellent patient care in Black Canyon City and the near communities. Outside of medicine, she loves to exercise, spend time with loved ones, try new restaurants and travel!
