We are looking for a Part-Time Groomer who is ready to turn "scruffy" into "stunning."

You’re the perfect fit if:
-You have a black belt in De-Shedding.
-You don’t mind going home covered in more hair than the actual dogs.
-You speak fluent "Good Boy" and "Good Girl."
-You’ve mastered the art of the "Puppy Tail Wag" splash-guard technique.
-You believe that a well-placed bowtie or bandana is the highest form of fashion.

The Fine Print:
We need someone with previous grooming experience who can handle various breeds and temperaments with patience and a smile.

Qualifications
~Must possess skills in animal care to ensure the comfort and safety of pets during grooming sessions.
~Ability to lift and maneuver dogs of all shapes and sizes.
~Skilled with grooming tools, such as nail clippers, ear cleaners and different brushes.
~Detail oriented
~Understanding of the characteristics and grooming needs of different coat types (e.g., short, long, curly)
~Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with pets and their owners and provide excellent client experiences.
~Understanding of animal welfare principles to handle animals ethically and compassionately.
~Attention to detail, patience, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
~1 year minimum of previous grooming experience and your own professional grooming equipment (aside from a table) is required.

Battie and Bennie (our in-house clinic cats and full-time mischief managers) asked us to remind you of our holiday hours before they curl up for a long winter nap:

🎅 Christmas Day (12/25): CLOSED (even Battie and Bennie are sleeping in)
🎉 New Year’s Eve (12/31): 8:00am – 12:00pm
🥳 New Year’s Day (1/01): CLOSED (recovering from cat-level partying)

It's Official!! Creekside Veterinary Clinic has been certified an official “Santa’s E.L.V.E.S.” (Emergency Landing and Veterinary Expert System) location.

This means In the event that Santa’s reindeer team needs to make an unscheduled Christmas Eve stop for sled repairs, refueling, or veterinary care, our staff will be available to provide needed assistance and ensure a safe and on-time delivery of Santa’s cargo.

Good news is in! Santa's Reindeer just got their annual wellness exams and have secured their health certificates. No mites, parasites, or diseases were found, and all hooves were clean- so they are ready to fly and land with ease. Prepping for their big night just a little over two weeks away! Creekside will be staying up to date on their health and travels right up until the big day. We ourselves have a bit of training to do as we've been asked to be an emergency stop over location in case of sick or injured reindeer on Christmas Eve night, excited to help out!
