Happy Monday! I wanted to take some time to have a sit down real chat with you.
First, let me tell you a story. I have struggled. Seeking answers time and time again to find out WHAT is wrong with me. Random eczema rashes - unexpected weight gain - hair loss - extreme exhaustion - maybe even a tad of feeling down moments. I hired coaches, functional medicine practitioners, life coaches, personal trainers etc. Even though I have education in ALL of those areas, sometimes WE need someone to help us, even when we know. It is different when we are going through it.
One thing I have learned through that is do NOT feel bad for needing help. Needing someone in your corner to just listen and echo what maybe you already know is okay!
I know most don't have that educational background and don't know where to turn, what questions to ask, what is available, so sometimes we accept what we are told, EVEN WHEN WE CONITNUE TO FEEL BAD.
Can you relate?
We sometimes feel so desperate, we turn to quick fixes. Because, my gosh, we are sick of feeling bad. We desire to feel better, like yesterday. I get it.
And THIS. My WHY is you. And it is me. I have spent thousands of dollars searching for answers and while I absolutely appreciate those who have helped me along the way, finding those who truly take the time to listen was harder than I thought. >THIS IS WHY I CREATED THE ‘WELLNESS’ ASPECT OF L&T.<
Because, let's face it. Times are kinda tough for a lot of us. And we don't have the money, time, or patience to be hopping from practitioner to practitioner hoping that one will be the one to truly help us. We need someone who knows how to break it down. Keep it simple. Guide us. LISTEN and understand that we are frustrated and at our wits end. Someone who has been there - done that and can help us solve the puzzle. Someone who knows a good place to start. We know it it takes a village - so having a list of vetted practitioners takes the guess work out for you.
Most times - the answer is pretty simple. Often overlooked. Our wellness coaching programs are to help the client start simple. We start with HTMA testing, nutritional journaling, lifestyle conversations, listening and observing. From there I look at YOU - not a protocol designed to be cookie cutter for all. Incorporating quantum biology, nutrition, lifestyle changes, cellular health, mitochondrial repair. I keep it simple for you. Behind the scenes I am doing the heavy lifting for you.
Empathy is lost right now and we need someone to meet us where we are at, remove the overwhelm, and hold our hands while we reset and rejuvenate.
I have been coaching women for nearly 20 years in the health and wellness field. I am excited to bring this into Lavender & Thyme and truly be able to work with my clients holistically to get you feeling your absolute best - inside & out!
