COMMENT 'GLOW UP' for your FREEBIE!

I'm not sharing from a place where I feel or even look my best. I actually have been trying to avoid cameras lately.

We see so many of the "afters" of women who have literally worked their ass off - which is great. But, when we aren't at our finest, we want to see them when they started.

I want to know that there are others maybe in the same spot too and I'm not the only one left in the dust.

I have started and finished many times, as I am sure many reading this have.

And, you know what? It's okay.

So, here I am.
Starting over.

Working on building my wellness back and honestly planning on taking it to a better place than it has ever been. Is it easy.?OMGOSH - no. Especially at 46.

It's going to be hard.

🔥I am healing from VOC poisoning.
❤️Getting my hair to grow back and be healthy again.
😭Drop weight that literally came out of nowhere (I know it didn't - but it sure feels like it)
🎉Get rid of some not so great habits I have developed (I miss my walks every evening!)
😍Getting my sexy mama bod back.

So, if you are right there too - comment GLOW UP.
I have a special gift for you.

Get my FREE Mineral Recharge protocol. Because we need to start at the beginning.

Start simple.
You got this. I
got this.
We got this.

You aren't alone - my friend. Let's walk this journey together!

I have been keeping a secret ... busy behind the scene for a long while.

I have 20+ years of edcucation around nutrition, herbs, skincare formulation, and being in the skincare industry (in sales and products, licensing came 4 yrs ago). I am seeing more and more waking up to the fact that what we put on our skin is toxic and can bioaccumulate and be hormone disruptors.

I have learned that gut health is #1 in our skin health. What we eat, how we hydrate - just drinking tap water isn't gonna cut it. How we live. Our light environment. Etc. All of it matters.
How we treat our bodies throughout life will always show up on our skin.

And it warms my heart that so many other estheticians are seeing that they need to be educated to truly offer this to their clients. Because our clients deserve more and are demanding more.
My course for estheticians is ALMOST DONE! It will be awhile before I can get this fully accredited so the pre-launch will be at a very discounted rate. There are 7 courses - each with a few modules. You can get one at a time or all at a discount. There are done for you's for estheticians to customize to give to clients too.
A lifetime of learning turned into a practical application for others to be able to holistically help their peeps.

While this course is for skin care professionals, don't worry! Next up is my course for everyone!! I am so excited! And there will be more coming as add ons as I continue my education.

The "anti-aging" advice that might actually be aging you faster.

⌛️Low-fat diets.
⌛️Skipping meals to "reset."
⌛️Cutting calories to lose weight. Doing cardio every day to balance hormones.

I believed all of it. For years. And my skin, my hormones, and my energy paid the price.

Here's what integrative nutrition actually shows us:

❌ Low fat → your skin barrier, hormones, and brain are ALL made from fat. Cutting fat ages skin faster and disrupts estrogen.
❌ Skipping meals → spikes cortisol, breaks down muscle (not fat), and creates the blood sugar rollercoaster that causes inflammation — and breakouts.
❌ Chronic cardio without enough protein → accelerates muscle loss after 35, raises cortisol, and tanks progesterone.
❌ "Eating clean" with too little food → your body goes into a stress response. Stress = cortisol = inflammation = skin issues.

What actually works? Eating enough. Eating protein first. Eating in alignment with your rhythms. Using food as information, not punishment.

This is what I do with my 1:1 clients — we undo the damage of decades of diet culture and rebuild a foundation that actually works for a woman's body at this stage of life.

Which of these did you believe? You're not alone — most of us were taught this. 👇

Meal Timing

Eating "healthy" all day but still puffy, tired, and craving sugar by 4pm?

It might not be WHAT you're eating. It might be WHEN.

Meal timing is one of the most underrated tools for hormone balance, metabolism, and yes — skin health. Here's what I see constantly in women over 35:

🌿They skip breakfast or eat light (just coffee or a smoothie).
🌿They have a "good" lunch.
🌿They're ravenous by 3pm.
🌿They eat most of their calories in the evening.
🌿They sleep poorly.
🌿They wake up puffy.
➡️And repeat.

When you eat the majority of your food late in the day, you're working against your circadian biology. Your insulin sensitivity is highest in the morning — meaning your body handles carbs and glucose FAR better before noon than after 6pm.

Eating a protein-rich breakfast within 60–90 minutes of waking:
— Stabilizes cortisol
— Reduces cravings all day
— Supports collagen production (yes, really)
— Helps your liver clear excess estrogen overnight

One shift. Meaningful breakfast with 30–40g protein. That's often where we start.

What does your first meal of the day look like? Drop it below — I'll tell you what I notice. I love this kind of real-talk. 👇

05/01/2026

She came to me about her skin. We ended up talking about her 2am wake-ups, her sugar cravings, and her exhaustion.

She was in her mid-40s. Dull, congested skin that wouldn't respond to anything. She'd tried "clean" skincare, went to a dermatologist, cut out dairy. She "did all the things".

But when I asked about her sleep — she mentioned waking up between 2–4am almost every night. When I asked about her energy, she said she needed coffee just to feel like herself by noon.

When I asked what she craved at night — sugar, every time.

This isn't a skincare problem. This is a blood sugar and cortisol problem that's showing up on her face.

We didn't start with new serums. We started with:
— Protein at breakfast (within 30 min of waking)
— Morning light before screens
— Eating a protein rich dinner - before the sun goes down
— Two targeted herbs to support her adrenals

Within 6 weeks, she was sleeping through the night. Her skin started clearing. Her energy stopped crashing at 3pm.

The skin is always the last to reflect what's happening inside — but it's often the first thing that gets us to finally pay attention.

If this sounds like you, comment CONSULT below or send me a message. I have a few spots open for 1:1 work this month and I'd love to learn more about what's going on with you. 🌿

Not necessarily skin related. But definitely wellness related!

Joe and I have a 5-8 yr plan. Move back to the midwest somewhere (we are currently exploring areas) and eventually get a ranch and raise cattle or bison, goats of course, sheep (I want black sheep :P), and have horses and chickens and all the fun furry creatures.

But here is the thing. I don't remember much about owning horses and I know really NOTHING about cows. And if you know me, you know when I do something - I go all in. And thankfully, my amazing husband matches that energy. We truly make an incredible team!

So. We are signing up for Cowboy College! It's a thing. It is not super expensive but I think my business has used up our education budget for the next 5 years this year. So, I have a fundaiser.

I am reformulating 3 newish products to be part of this fundraiser. We need to raise $5,000 to send us both to a 5 day intensive cowboy school in Arizona this fall. And I need your support. But you will get some INCREDIBLE L&T herbal skincare/repair formulas.

Stay tuned. I am working on getting this launched next week!

What will be do with this on top of the knowledge I have accumulated over the last 15 years in holistic wellness and self sustainable living? You will have to wait and see. But we have BIG dreams!

Circadian Rhythm

The free hormone-balancing tool you're probably ignoring.

It's not a supplement. It's not a diet overhaul. It's light —
specifically, morning light — and when you get it determines how your cortisol, melatonin, and insulin behave for the entire rest of your day.

Your body runs on a 24-hour biological clock. Every cell has one. And the master clock in your brain is set — every single morning — by light hitting your eyes.

When we wake up and immediately go to screens, stay in dim indoor light, or skip outside altogether, we delay that clock. And when the clock is off, everything downstream is off: cortisol peaks at the wrong time, melatonin comes late, blood sugar regulation gets harder, and skin repair (which happens mostly at night) gets disrupted.

What I recommend to every single client, regardless of what else we're working on:

☀️Get outside within 30 minutes of waking. No sunglasses. Even on a cloudy day. Even for 5 minutes.

That's it. It sounds absurdly simple. And the changes I've seen — in energy, mood, sleep quality, even skin — are not small.

Do you see morning sunlight before you look at your phone? Tell me your morning honestly. 👇 I want to know where you're starting from.
