Certified Breathwork Facilitator

Classes on the site are accessible by clicking the desired type of class (Adult Breathwork, Silent disco and Breathwork, Family Breathwork, Retreat, etc), then searching the calendar.

Adult Breathwork is next on: Tues, 8/26 @ 6-8pm; Tues, 9/2 @ 6-8pm; Sun 10/5 @ 2-4pm.

Also there's Adult Breathwork with Silent Disco dancing 9/13 @ 6-830pm to add some more fun to the event.

Breathwork Retreat Sat, 9/27 @ 1-4pm with two instructors (the April Retreat had wonderful energy and reviews).

The next Family Breathwork class is Sat, 9/13@ 3-430pm.

A person in the session last night was truly amazed at how many things the breath brought up. It's transformational!
