It all started in 1998 when Marissa entered in a Body for Life contest. Learning about weight lifting & healthy eating quickly became a passion and something Marissa has been on a journey to learning and expanding ever since. Since then Marissa has expanded her knowledge and experience so that she can offer the most well rounded programs for her clients. Her passion is helping YOU be the best YOU possible! Our 1 on 1 personal training studio is great because you get the personal attention you deserve, 1 on 1 time with your trainer in a private setting. During the warm Colorado months we will also have boot camps which are great for those who love the “class” setting. Those will be held at various parks, mountain trails, and also at our location in Black Forest. Online programs are available for those who aren’t in the Black Forest, CO area too! Marissa has worked with women all over the country! It is with great excitement that she gets to help YOU on your journey to exceed your fitness and wellness goals!
