All month long accepting applications for Colorado Springs School of Yoga 200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training that begins August 7th. This program is for students who want to develop their practice and deepen their connection in community. This program is for students who seek to sit in the seat of the teacher and share yoga withh the world.

Monday 26th ground your spring energy by harnessing the force of wood element with stabilizing earth element. This pop up class is noon to 1:15 and available to all levels. I weave the science energy medicine techniques with ancient yoga practices into a harmonized body. Register on MINDBODY or the yoga bliss website.

Saturday June 7th Reiki I training home studio. This one day training builds foundational self care and awareness practices. Come together in an energy based community for your best self. The storm clouds create so much beauty, cause so much growth, and offer bigger perspectives.
Healing comes from the biggest storms in life. The storms look dark and feel scary and then… the beauty of color in the light, the growth in the soul as it reaches for peace, and the view of what’s to come when the clouds move on.
When the storms clouds are moving in I lean into self care. I offer myself love and grace. I offer forgiveness. I find peace within that storm and ground in for the light to return.
Reiki I is all self care. How do you build a foundation of strength and self love?
