As we step into a new year, let’s move away from “all-or-nothing” goals and focus on small habit changes that actually stick.

🌙 Sleep:
Start by protecting your sleep like it matters — because it does.
• Aim for a consistent bedtime
• Power down screens 30–60 minutes earlier
• Remember: better sleep improves mood, hormones, immunity, and focus

💧 Hydration:
Most of us are walking around dehydrated.
• Begin your day with a full glass of water
• Keep a bottle nearby as a visual reminder
• Hydration supports digestion, energy, brain function, and metabolism

🚶‍♀️ Movement:
Movement doesn’t have to mean the gym.
• Walk after meals
• Stretch between tasks
• Choose consistency over intensity
