Tonight at 630p join sound healer Eric Lindstrom of for deeply resonant, intuitively guided improvisational, acoustic music utilizing gongs, hand pans, Native American drums and flutes, chimes and more. *Please arrive between 6-6:15 with your yoga mat to get settled in*. We have bolsters, blankets and eye pillows for deep comfort and relaxation. 💜🎼😴

Wolf Moon Lunar Eclipse in Cancer...keep breathing, y’all! Ground in and allow emotional discharge - Grace is holding us in this potent opportunity for deep clearing, timeline jumping/acceleration, and a firm “I’m Complete” with the old emotional pattern subconsciously-running-the-show and a resounding YES to what is truly alive and magical about each one of us.
