Reminder of holiday hours!
Christmas eve and Christmas Day are on a weekend so we will be CLOSED Monday December 26th. New Years Eve and Day are also on a weekend so we will be CLOSED January 2nd. Our answering service and provider on call will still be available.

We would like to welcome our new nurse practitioner, Renee Shaffer, MSN, FNP-BC. Renee was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Central Florida and has over seven years of nursing experience in cardiac intervention, cardiovascular surgical care, and perioperative services. She completed her graduate degree at the University of South Florida. She is passionate about preventative healthcare and loves getting to know her patients and their families. Her hobbies include traveling, attending concerts, hiking, and trying new restaurants.
We are so glad to have her join our practice!
