Hello beautiful ones — it’s been a while since I’ve shared about this space and myself so-

I’m Delphi 🌿

Devoted wife & mother, folk herbalist, and holistic bodyworker devoted to women’s wellness.

My path began when I crossed the threshold into motherhood in 2007. That experience awakened a deep calling to support women through the sacred seasons of their bodies — pregnancy, postpartum, cyclical health, and the transition into wise woman years.

Over the years my work has woven together many threads: birth work, herbalism, Maya abdominal therapy, breast massage, fertility awareness, and traditional bodywork. My sessions are deeply nourishing spaces where women can reconnect with their wombs, cycles, and inner wisdom.

I live with my family on an off-grid homestead in the mountains of Western North Carolina where I spend my days homeschooling, making herbal medicines, wild-harvesting plants, and tending to the rhythms of a simple Appalachian life.

Castor oil packs are one of the simplest ancestral remedies I return to again and again for women’s wellness. 🌿

When warm castor oil is placed over the abdomen and womb space, it gently penetrates deep into the tissues—stimulating circulation, supporting detoxification, and nourishing the organs that guide our hormonal rhythms.

Just landed home after an epic two-week adventure south with my family — weaving time between wild water springs and the powerful prayers of the Florida Moon Dance. 🌙💧

My heart feels so full of gratitude for the waters, the land, and the lineage of women who continue to pray for the well-being of our families and future generations.

Now I’m heading straight into a retreat to deepen my studies in supporting women through the sacred threshold of perimenopause and menopause — a time that deserves far more reverence, nourishment, and wise tending than our culture often offers.

This new offering, Wise Woman Menopause Massage, will weave together the bodywork many of you already know and love — abdominal therapy, breast massage, herbal oils, and restorative touch — with deeper support for the hormonal, emotional, and energetic shifts of this life season.

Our bodies were never meant to navigate these passages alone.

We spent several magical days at last week, camping, playing games and making new friends, but the best part of all was that we had some much needed quality time together 💛

I love these gatherings because afterwards I feel so inspired and resourceful- here are just a few things that we were able to experience together

Lots of morning walks are happening these days

🍁 with the change of season I feel myself coming into the rhythms of homeschooling and I love how rhythm brings discipline to my life

I’m also grateful to have more time in my days, while my children are engaged in various activities in the village, to offer the type of bodywork that I love- which focuses on the female body.

One of my greatest joys is offering breast massage to women who have had reductions & explant surgery or mastectomies.

This work is so therapeutic for supporting scar tissues healing, moving lymph and reducing pain and swelling.

But really, we can all benefit from therapeutic breast massage!
