Please join me for a powerful soul deepening refresh
in February. Michelle Befus, Cheri Densmore and I are hosting a retreat on the beautiful and sacred land at Bend of Ivy Retreat Center in Marshall, NC.
Winter is the time to nurture and nourish the deep recesses of our soul. We will be exploring the divine heart connection through a Yoga and meditation workshop. A crystal bowl sound bath and a facilitated labyrinth walk encourage participants to dive deep preparing for the refreshing new growth of the spring. The Meals are always delicious because Chef Katie Fiore prepares her food with the highest possible care and quality. I will also be offering healing treatments during the down time.
