Spontaneous chicken vegetable soup, quick, delicious and nutritious. Only thing I was missing since it truly was spontaneous was the celery, but my neighbor brought some right over and so it began.
1. Sautee in olive oil high heat, onions, garlic, celery, carrots, mushrooms, sugar snaps, add some salt and pepper
2. Add your favorite potato, mine is Japanese Yam, chopped in cubes.
3. Add chicken & broth, I make fresh chicken broth by just boiling chicken breast in water, usually 2 to 3 good size chicken breast, but I only use 1 for the soup as it was a small batch of broth, modify proportionatelyto the amount of broth you use..

4. Added fresh basil & rosemary

5. Added fresh just cooked small penne made in separate pot

Wet cupping for knee pain over 2 years, pain free and increased range of motion after 2 treatments. In traditional Chinese medicine, TCM blood stagnantion causes pain.
