Hello everyone!

Quick update- I am scheduled to have surgery on my wrist on August 14. Nothing major, just grew a cyst that needs to go. I have availability most days between now and August 13, and then I won't be available until early September at the earliest. Sorry for any inconvenience!

Hi everyone! It's already been an eventful spring! I have been having some technological issues for the past few days, with no notifications for voice mails, so if I haven't gotten back to you, please try to contact me again! I believe I have solved the problem.
Blackduck Chiropractic will be closed from June 17-July 2, I will be back in the office beginning July 3- so if you need an adjustment, call or text soon!

Hello again, everyone! Due to Governor Walz's stay at home order, I will be closing my office for a while. I will tentatively plan to re-open on April 13, but please understand that there is no guarantee that it will happen then. This is not a decision I am taking lightly.
If you are experiencing severe pain that would lead you to go to the emergency room or urgent care you can certainly call me, and I will do what I can to help you. I understand this is not the time to flood the medical system with musculoskeletal issues, but it is time to buckle down. I urge you all to stay home as much as possible to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. Keep as active as possible, and make sure you're taking good care of yourselves. I will update as soon as possible. Thank you all!

Hello everyone!
Just a quick heads up in this ever-changing time. I am still seeing patients, but I am changing things just a bit.
First, if you are showing ANY signs of illness (fever, fatigue, upper respiratory issues, vomiting or diarrhea) please stay home.
Please don't show up early for your appointments, I need the time between to sanitize the office.
I am not taking any massage appointments at this time, and I am asking that you only come in if you absolutely must.
Please do everything you can to promote social distancing, it really is the best defense we have. Feel free to send me a message either on Facebook or text if you have questions.
I hope this finds you all well, and know that we're all in this together ❤

A boom in technology promising to improve sleep has an ironic side effect: orthosomnia. Thanks to sleep trackers, people get so obsessed with perfect sleep that they are losing sleep over it.
