💡 Suggestions:

🥦 Add spinach or kale for an extra veggie boost.

One thing to remember, the calories in smoothies can add up quick so if your using them as a meal replacement be sure to add some protein powder and measure your ingredients.

DON'T UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF FIBER!

It's essential for digestion and weight management. 🌾🍞 Did you know that across cultures, studies show that getting 15g of fiber or more in your daily diet is the single most effective way to maintain your healthy weight?

Who's SUPRISED is not protein? 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♂️

Fiber, like protein, helps you stay satisfied longer and it's found in nutritious grains, whole fruit, and vegetables, so you eat fewer carb calories. Eating high quality carbs that contain protein also help cut out the sugar cravings.

How to get more fiber in your meals:

🍞Include Whole Grains: Opt for whole grains like oats, quinoa, and whole wheat pasta.
🍲Add Legumes: Beans, lentils, and chickpeas are excellent sources of fiber.
🥙Fruit and Veggies: Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables with their skins for added fiber.
