🌟 Nominate Someone Special for 2026 EISF Grand Marshal! 🌟
The Eastern Idaho State Fair Board of Directors is now accepting nominations for the 2026 Grand Marshal.
Each year, we honor an individual whose lifetime of service has made a lasting impact on the Fair and/or their community. The Grand Marshal proudly represents EISF during the Opening Day Parade — one of our most cherished traditions. Nominees must live in or be affiliated with one of the 16 counties that make up EISF: Bannock, Bear Lake, Bingham, Bonneville, Butte, Caribou, Clark, Custer, Franklin, Fremont, Jefferson, Lemhi, Madison, Oneida, Power, and Teton.

🗓 Nominations are accepted year-round
📌 To be considered for the 2026 Fair, forms must be submitted by May 15, 2026
📣 The Grand Marshal will be announced in July

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was a tireless advocate for racial equality, working classes, and the oppressed around the world. Commonly called Martin Luther King, Jr. Day or MLK Day, the third Monday of January is a federal holiday to honor his life and legacy. Places where he made history and of the greater Civil Rights Movement he influenced are preserved in many national parks and in local communities around the country.
