If you’ve relapsed, whether from an eating disorder, self-injury, substance use, or another form of self-harm, know that you are not a failure. You now have the opportunity to take what you’ve learned and try again.

Chances are the next time you try quitting will be easier than the first time. The worst thing to do is to give up hope. Don’t give up hope.
