March 2-6 is National Breakfast week.
This year’s theme is “the quest for school breakfast”

Monday-cereal, cheese stick, diced peaches, and milk
Tuesday-Egg McMuffin, yogurt cup, orange, applesauce cup, and milk
Wednesday-mini cinni cinnamon rolls, yogurt cup, diced pears, and milk
Thursday-mini pancake bites, apple, applesauce cup, and milk.

We strive to make sure that the students get a nutritious breakfast everyday. Meeting the requirements of grain, fruit/vegetable, Meat/Meat alternate, and milk (choice of white or chocolate).

We are unable to do a pan sale this month.

But we do have pans, lids for 1/2 sheet and 1/4 sheet pans (we do not have any more 1/4 pans), scoops, parchment paper, and knives all the time in our office at the District Office Room #13 upstairs.

We accept cash, check, debit/credit cards (there is a fee on your card).

What makes a reimbursable meal?
Here are some information to help you understand what your child gets for breakfast and lunch.

OVS means Offer versus Serve. Your student can chose either a fruit or vegetable at lunch.
If they want to take both, they are welcome to.
Breakfast, it is a cup of fruit.

To pay for your child(ren) account, you can either pay cash or check at the school, pay with a debit/credit card at the district office Child Nutrition (there is a small fee added on), or pay online at Linqconnect.com

With the government shutdown, please know that we will still feed the kids.
If you need to fill out an application due to income changes, we have a couple of options:
linqconnect.com, fill a paper application, or come to the Child Nutrition office at the District office to talk to us.

Pay your school fees and add money to meal accounts from anywhere, any time.

From our D55 Transportation Dept.

*Edit to the notification that was sent out earlier regarding the rerouting for Riverton Road. Anyone living on Riverton from Lansing up to the overpass will need to meet the bus at the intersection of Lansing & Riverton for pick up/drop off. Unfortunately we will not be able to travel that section of Riverton Road and get turned around. Thank you for your understanding while we work through this situation.

Attention parents/guardians: due to the damage to the Riverton Road bridge we will be rerouting the bus. Please know times may vary slightly. Anyone residing in the Plains Drive Subdivision up to the overpass will need to have your student(s) at the Bingham Groundwater building (1725 Riverton Road) for pick up and drop off. We will use this area as a turnaround until the bridge is reopened.
