🌕 Wolf Full Moon Ritual Energy 🐺

Under the Wolf Full Moon, we are called home to our instincts, our truth, and our inner knowing.

This moon rises in the heart of winter, reminding us that even in stillness, life is gathering strength beneath the surface. The wolf teaches loyalty to self, trust in intuition, and the power of community.

Tonight, reflect on:
✨ Where have you outgrown old patterns?
✨ What inner voice is asking to be heard?
✨ How can you honor both your independence and your need for connection?

This is a powerful time to release fear, scarcity, and self-doubt, and to call back courage, clarity, and devotion to your path.

Ritual ideas:
• Cleanse your space with smoke or sound.
• Write down what you’re ready to release and safely burn it. I like to use a glass bowl for the sake of apartment living.
• Place your hands on your heart and breathe deeply.
• Speak your truth out loud, even if only to yourself.

As the beat builds and the lights pulse, I’m reminding myself that intention is energy. What you focus on, you feed. What you move with, moves with you.

Castor oil has become one of my favorite weekly hair rituals, and the results have been undeniable.

After consistently using castor oil on my scalp and strands, I have noticed visible regrowth in sparse areas, especially along the hairline and crown. My hair feels stronger, fuller, and more resilient with each treatment.

Rich in ricinoleic acid and omega fatty acids, castor oil deeply nourishes the scalp, supports healthy circulation, and creates an environment where hair can truly thrive. It helps reduce breakage, seal in moisture, and protect strands from dryness and damage.

What I love most is how my hair feels afterward. Soft. Silky. Smooth. Deeply hydrated. A weekly castor oil treatment leaves my hair shiny, manageable, and grounded in nourishment from root to tip.

Your lashes might be asking for a break 🤍

If your eyelids feel itchy, red, swollen, or irritated, it’s not something to push through.
Those are signs your skin barrier needs rest and repair.

Eyelash extensions are beautiful, but the adhesives, weight, and constant wear can sometimes overwhelm the delicate skin around the eyes. When irritation shows up, continuing to apply extensions can make things worse and slow healing.

✨ Taking a break allows:
• Inflammation to calm
• The skin barrier to repair
• Natural lashes to strengthen
• Sensitivity to reset

Listen to your body. Beauty should never come at the cost of your health.

During your lash break, support healing with:
• Gentle cleansing
• Minimal eye makeup
• Hydration + nourishing oils around (not in) the eye area
• Plenty of rest
• Omega 3’s to restore hydration and allow for new growth

You can always return to extensions once your skin feels calm and happy again.
