Ive noticed a lot of women avoid lifting weights because they think it'll make them look like the woman on the right.

Lifting weights is CRUCIAL to having your body fill out as you lose weight. You won't hit a super low bodyfat percentage by lifting alone. It takes A LOT OF strict dieting and intense workouts to reach low bodyfat percentages.

In reality,lifting weights will help your body look and feel how you want it to, and you'll get much stronger as a result. Having a low sugar diet (not the same as low carb) on top of good protein intake and some weight lifting will skyrocket your gains!
