Have you ever done a cord cutting meditation?

Its purpose is to release the energetic cord (connection) between you and another person (or situations). With our current crisis it’s important to remove cords regularly in order to keep our energy pure and clean.

In my sessions I do so by calling on Archangel Michael (the most famous of angels) since he is the protector and liberates us from fear.

We can all call on him when it comes to challenging and emotionally draining situations.

So today here is a little cord cutting meditation and you can call on archangel Michael since he comes and removes cords with love.

Close your eye & visualize Archangel Michael & Say ✨“Thank you Michael for cutting the cords that bind me to people, places, situations and fear✨
I release the weight of the world from my shoulders ✨ I am safe and free and so it is ✨ Thank you Archangel Michael for keeping me safe.”

Let me know how it feels releasing those cords 🧚🏽

This is your reminder that it is - it is worth holding onto hope. With every situation that you *choose* to have faith and you *choose* to have hope; you are gently telling the universe “I am brave, I am hopeful and I am ready for the greatness you have in store for me”. 💟
