Yoga studio in Blacksburg, VA since 2009 with two locations at 1512 N. and 2000 Kraft Drive, Suite 1204 at the Virginia Tech Corporate Research Center. We're OPEN EVERYDAY with a wide variety of classes designed to meet each student where they are. We offer: Meditation, Restorative, Yin Deep Stretch, Yoga Basics, Gentle Flow, Energy Medicine Yoga, Flow, Warm Flow, Hot Yoga, Pilates + Fitness, Ballet Barre, and Aerial Yoga. In addition to our in-person classes we also have the option of online live-streamed classes. As a benefit to our members, we offer on-demand yoga with over 1,400 pre-recorded sessions. We host yoga teacher training twice a year; starting in August and February for 200 hour foundational teacher training. Please contact us for additional information!

Thank you to our community! Today we donated $5177 and 164lbs of food calculated to value $315 to the Blacksburg Interfaith Food Pantry. These donations were collected during our biannual fundraiser and our donation Thanksgiving Day classes. We are grateful!
