Yoga studio in Blacksburg, VA since 2009 with two locations at 1512 N. and 2000 Kraft Drive, Suite 1204 at the Virginia Tech Corporate Research Center. We're OPEN EVERYDAY with a wide variety of classes designed to meet each student where they are. We offer: Meditation, Restorative, Yin Deep Stretch, Yoga Basics, Gentle Flow, Energy Medicine Yoga, Flow, Warm Flow, Hot Yoga, Pilates + Fitness, Ball

et Barre, and Aerial Yoga. In addition to our in-person classes we also have the option of online live-streamed classes. As a benefit to our members, we offer on-demand yoga with over 1,400 pre-recorded sessions. We host yoga teacher training twice a year; starting in August and February for 200 hour foundational teacher training. Please contact us for additional information!

Jennifer is a Shaman of Lenape descent. Her authentic dreamcatchers are hand-made with all natural materials in hopes of keeping the original spirit of this sacred Native American symbol alive. Her hoops are hand-woven using wild grape vines harvested from her 15-acre property in West Virginia. She uses a combination of duck, goose, turkey, and pheasant feathers, along with feathers from local wild birds. We want to thank Devin for her love, care, time and energy at In Balance Yoga as our studio manager for the last five years. She took this position in April of 2021 and has been a consistent presence for support and facilitation daily. Devin has been teaching at the studio since 2016 and is planning to continue to do so.

Please help us congratulate Devin with her next steps on her journey and offer gratitude for her years of service at IBY.
