Common spring allergens like tree, grass, and w**d pollen, along with outdoor molds, can trigger allergy symptoms such as itchy eyes, sneezing, nasal congestion, and more. 🌿🌼

While we want our kids to enjoy the season, it’s important to take steps to minimize exposure. Here are some tips to help your child stay comfortable:

Keep windows closed at home and in the car to keep pollen out.

Avoid outdoor activities during early mornings when pollen counts are highest.

Use air purifiers or filters in your home.

Have your child change clothes and shower after outdoor play to remove pollen.

Keep pets out of the child's bedroom to avoid pollen transfer.

Older kids and teens can try sinus rinses to clear out congestion.

For allergy relief, antihistamines like Claritin, Zyrtec, Allegra, or Benadryl, nasal sprays (e.g., Flonase), and antihistamine eye drops can help. Always check with us if you have questions about the right medication or dosage! 💊
