It’s been long overdue but after 9-10 months of working on and waiting for results I received a phone call from local department of human services mental and behavioral health center I’ve been approved to start the training course and become a certified peer recovery support specialist!

September to end of November I’m going to really intensify my workouts. Heavy sweat, mid weight-high rep, full body workout weeks. Diet. 3.5L of water everyday. Set pace stay true, focus. Goals.
