Had our first "ready to eat" skillet meal- the breakfast skillet. So, this is our review.

We would have it again! I heated a cup and half of water to boiling.. poured it over the mix, stirred, covered and waited 12 minutes ( package says 10)... Uncovered, stirred, tasted... Added a little salt and pepper.. covered and heated for about 3 minutes. Perfect! It's full of flavor and like a scrambled omelette.

Putting on my grocery list!

Ingredients 😋
2 cups Thrive Life Ground Beef
1/2 cup Thrive Life Onions Slices
2 tbsp. taco teasoning
1 cup Thrive Life Sweet Corn
16 oz can black beans
2 cups water
(to taste) kosher salt
(to taste) black pepper
2 boxes hard taco shells
1 cup Thrive Life Cheddar Cheese

Directions 🧾
1. Heat a large skillet over medium/high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the ground beef and onion slices and lightly toast.
2. Next add corn, black beans, and water. Add salt and pepper. Let simmer for 5–7 minutes.
3. Place beef mixture in taco shells, add cheese, and serve.
