Yesterday we had such a big turnout of calls! We are really excited to get everyone taken care of. We had some confusion about the process. Here is an update.

Process to establish with the clinic:
Call the office at 580-246-2495. You can text this number as well.

We will take your information, request records, and build your chart.

Once we get records from your previous provider/s, we will contact you to schedule.

We will start scheduling patients for April 20th.

We cannot have patients or visitors at the office. We are still under construction and have not had code/fire inspections.

UPDATE: appts will start April 20th

***We will be open to take patient calls, request records and schedule new patient appointments on MONDAY MARCH 16TH 9AM*** at 580-246-2495

We had our onboarding today for our phone system. It will take a day or two for all the settings and staff training.

(The office will NOT be open for walk ins on the 16th as we still have some construction going on.)

I can't wait to see everyone again! I have missed all my patients! Sarah-Beth

The clinic will not be open until March 16th. The office number listed is a temporary number. We are still in the process of getting this set up. I will make an official post with more information March 6th.
