Homemade Chicken Nuggets in the Air Fryer!

Super easy to make and they come out so crispy 🙌🏻

All you need is:
1lb chicken tenderloins
2 eggs
1 cup dairy free bread crumbs
1 tsp salt + black pepper

Directions:
1. Preheat your air fryer at 400degrees (mine usually heats up for 2 minutes or so)
2. In a bowl, whisk eggs in a bowl and place aside.
3. In a separate bowl, add 1 cup dairy free bread crumbs(i did mine 1/2 at a time) + salt and pepper, you can whatever seasonings you enjoy here!
4. Dip in egg, coat in bread crumbs + salt and pepper, place in air fryer!
5. Air fryer at 400degrees for the remaining time after preheating, usually 5-6 minutes per side.

Serve with your fav sauces, one of my favorite air fryer recipes!
