✨I make Essential Oil Sprays! The Grounded Peony, owned by Jordan Perzichilli, was created in 2021. Jordan began her teacher training journey back in 2020. Upon receiving her RYT 200 Certification in June of 2020, she immediately began teaching. She started teaching at a few small boutique studi
os, eventually working her way up to manage a local boutique studio whom she loved to teach for. Throughout all of the knowledge she has received in teaching, she finds the connections to students to be the most enduring. She loves to educate others' in various ways through yoga—asana, pranayama, meditation, etc. Aside from 200 hours of Vinyasa training, Jordan obtains a 15 hour Yin Yoga Certification. She believes it's essential to keep your mind, body, and spirit at equilibrium. As a Gemini, she loves to express the importance of functioning both Yin and Yang Energies. Jordan also obtained her Hot 60 Certification in November 2024—expanding her teaching repertoire. As of now, Jordan teaches full-time at Three Yoga Studios: Pressed Hot Yoga and Juice in Blaine, MN, and Studio One Yoga in White Bear Lake and Roseville. Jordan also does work outside of the studio—she travels to teach on retreats, teaches workshops and events, and is available for hire for private events: birthday parties, bachelorette parties, bend and brews, beach yoga, one-on-one sessions, corporate yoga, retreats, and more! Aside from teaching yoga, Jordan also does social media management. She enjoys making her own content, and managing Pressed Hot Yoga and Juice’s social media as well. She has a passion for marketing and advertising! The Grounded Peony makes essential oil sprays that are for sale directly through Jordan, and sold at Pressed Hot Yoga and Juice. There are three sprays: Cleanse, Calm, and Wake-Up! These sprays are great for cleaning your mat, cleaning your yoga props: blocks and bolsters; spray them on yourself, clothing, sheets, bedding, linens, on furniture, and more! These sprays are antibacterial and can be used on various items to clean or to bring an inviting smell to yourself or a space. Grounded Peony essential oil sprays are $10 for 2 ounce bottles and $14 for 4 ounce bottles. Reach out if you wish to purchase an essential oil spray(s)! Aside from Jordan’s yoga education, she has studied under English Education and Secondary Education. As a former Preschool teacher, she knows and appreciates education in all modalities! Jordan has a thrill to teach others and share the love of yoga. When Jordan isn't practicing or teaching yoga, you can find her traveling, snowboarding, paddle boarding, and watching movies. She loves to endure delicious food, and rich conversations!
