What a great opportunity.

During my residency at the Castle and Cathedral Creative District, I’ll be hosting a men’s mental health group the last Saturday of each month, in the Carriage House.

Each session I’ll work with the same group to focus on different activities such as art, yoga, and discussion to build community and a safe space for sharing. This group is open to all, and we do encourage participants to be involved in each month’s meeting.

Schedule:
Saturday, February 22, 9am - 11am
Saturday, March 29, 9am - 11am
Saturday, April 26, 9am - 11am
Saturday, May 31, 9am - 11am
Saturday, June 28, 9am - 11am

Admission is FREE and space is limited. Advance registration is requested at the link below.

I was blessed to have worked with some amazing people at the Calm Amidst the Storms group Monday, June 4, 2024.
To protect people's privacy, I deleted their shared screen questions and replaced them with a frame with their questions and comments.
