WELCOME TO FITNESS EMPIRE:

We are located on Rt. 94 next to the Doghouse Deli!!! We offer use of a full line of high end fitness equipment including Hammer Strength, Cybex,Precor and Startrac to name a few. There is an extensive free weight area as well as a complete line of weight stacked machines to target every muscle group. Also, a cable system and cardio equipment including treadmills, ellip

ticals, arc trainers, mini steppers, cardio air rowers, and stationary bikes. We also have a 700 square foot area dedicated to speed and agility, cross-fit, boot camps and stretching. We sell water, energy drinks, and various nutritional supplements. Someone will always be at the desk or walking around to greet you and answer any questions you have. The gym IS NEVER left unattended! We have been a proud member of the GBBA since 2011. Fitness Empire is solely owned and operated by Christian Fiume. Owning a gym has been a dream of his for many years and in the summer of 2011, he was able to bring that dream to reality. Christian is a Certified Personal Trainer. He has been helping clients translate their weight loss, fitness and athletic goals into reality since 2003. Christian has a Bachelor of Science Degree from De Sales University in Sport's Management and he has an additional Occupational Degree in Golf Management from The San Diego Golf Academy. He is the former Head Golf Professional at Kissimmee Bay Country Club in Kissimmee, Florida and he has served an an Assistant Golf Professional at various clubs, in Florida and New Jersey. Christian is dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals. He is caring, yet challenging and will guide you towards a healthy lifestyle. He can provide you with a Customized Sport-Specific Training Program to help you improve your individual or team sport performance. He works easily with all age groups and believes that it is never too late to become fit. Christian grew up in Hunterdon County, NJ, where he played in all township sports. While in High School, Christian played in various Varsity level sports, including Golf, which he later took up as a profession. In college he was a member of the De Sales University Golf Team and he participated in intramural sports there as well.
