DO YOU WANT TO BE YOUR CHILD'S BEST FIRST TEACHER? ‘SMART BABIES’ is designed to help parents of children, ages 0-5, to be their child’s best first teacher. The program is provided by The Craddock Center and is free of charge to participants.
