Con profondo dolore, annunciamo la scomparsa del Maestro Shifu Jacopo Silicani, avvenuta il 28 giugno 2025.

Il Maestro, discepolo diretto di Shifu Park Bok-Nam, appartenente alla 7ยฐ generazione del lignaggio di Lui Shui Tien, ha dedicato con passione smisurata la sua vita alla pratica della nobile arte del Pa Kua Chang, raggiungendo lo scorso anno il traguardo di 40 anni di pratica del Kung Fu.
Con generositร , dedizione e disciplina ha accompagnato generazioni di allievi, che oggi lo ricordano con ammirazione, stima e grande affetto, insieme ad immensa gratitudine per tutti i preziosi insegnamenti, come Maestro e come uomo.

Ci stringiamo attorno al dolore della famiglia per la perdita cosรฌ improvvisa e prematura.

Per chi volesse porgere l'ultimo saluto al Maestro, i funerali si svolgeranno il 2 Luglio 2025 alle ore 16.00 presso Impresa di Onoranze Funebri Brogio - Cadoneghe (PD).

Try something new and get in the best shape of your life!
These classes are for those that:
- Have always wanted to take martial arts classes, but never did, and wasn't interested in competition.
- Have taken martial arts classes when you were younger but as an adult got away from it.
- Have taken martial arts classes and loved the training, both physically and mentally, and the philosophy.
- Are interested in improving functional range of motion, increasing strength, flexibility and mobility.
- Want to try a new, engaging type of fitness class.
- Don't have a lot of time, so training online, in a live class with specialized, personalized instruction, at home, hotel or anywhere you have WiFi, would work the best for you.

Qiang Shan Ba Gua Zhang, which is the style of Kung Fu I practice and teach, has so many wonderful benefits for adults of all ages that go beyond just self defense.

What do I mean by that? Well, let me just say that this art is well known for self defense with it's complex, evasive footwork, snake like movements, and it's lightening fast strikes and combinations. However, not everyone is interested in the self defense side of the art and that is fine too because the health benefits are incredible!

Honestly, you have to experience it for yourself to see how it makes you feel. I could list benefit after benefit but until you get a taste of it, for your body and mind, it won't mean anything to you.

The training is very individualistic even though it is a group class. Why is that? Well, no two bodies are alike so what you do and how you are taught is relative to you. You work at the level you are at, in the appropriate group class for your level, and make progress from there. It's not like a team sport where only the best play and everyone else sits the bench. No one sits the bench here. You aren't competing with anyone else except yourself.

There also aren't any short cuts. You have to do the work to get the results. The amount of effort you put in determines the results you get. So, if you are looking for shallow, instant gratification, this is not for you. However, if you are looking for in depth, solid principles that will actually teach you how to practice by prescription whether your goal is self defense, better health, or both, then step forward and try it!

1) Meditate
2) Breathing exercises
