Good morning, ladies. I have a question for you all: how many of you have experienced or are currently experiencing menopause, have had a hysterectomy, and are undergoing physical alterations due to hormonal changes? Personally, I have been going through a great deal. Following my hysterectomy, I am contemplating starting a women's chat group to discuss these matters. I am seeking feminine guidance and believe I am not alone in this journey. I feel a sense of loss, like an empty vessel, and these changes have led to discomfort and emotional stress regarding my self-perception and body image. I was in pain throughout the entirety of last year. Now that the operation is complete, I am experiencing many other sensations within my body, leaving me feeling diminished and quite saddened. Has anyone else felt this way after a hysterectomy? I have a lot more to discuss just not so openly for all eyes to see. If you are interested in a support group like myself, please leave a comment.
